About these terms
These terms are between you and BOOK IN CHAT PTE. LTD., which runs Bookr. By using the app you agree to them.
Minimum age, and how these terms are accepted.
What Bookr is
Bookr helps you find salons and clinics and book a time. The shop provides the service, and you pay at the shop. Bookr takes no payment in the app.
Bookings
Each shop sets its own cancellation rules, and you see them before you confirm. If a price or time changes before you confirm, the app tells you. A booking can stay as “Confirming” until the shop accepts it.
Clinics
Not medical advice. For medical questions, ask the doctor.
Clinic listings make no comparison claims and show no before and after photos.

AI assistants
A shop’s assistant is AI and is labelled on every message. It can make mistakes, so check anything important with the shop. A person from the shop can take over the chat.
Reviews
You accept these rules before your first review. Write about your own visit. Do not include health details, or anything abusive or false. We may screen, hide or remove reviews that break these rules. You can edit or delete your own.
Report and block
Report any review, chat message, AI message or shop from its menu, or email [email protected]. We reply to reports within 2 business days. Block a shop to stop chat and marketing from it.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time from the app. See Delete your account.
